Shopping Basics

Currently, we only ship within the USA. We are unable to ship to a PO Box.

  • Shipping on orders over $70.00 is FREE!
  • We do not ship outside of the USA
  • Returns are accepted only when the product is unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Exchanges are available if a product is found to be defective per the manufacturer’s standards
  • Please inspect packages upon receipt to ensure no shipping damage has occurred. There are no refunds and no exchanges on products damaged in shipping.


At this time we do NOT ship internationally. We are sorry for this inconvenience.


All payments must be made using a card. We do not accept cash or checks.

We do NOT accept international credit cards. Only major US credit cards are accepted.

Yes. We charge applicable state sales tax.

Shipping & Returns

Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase. Returns are not accepted if the item(s) are not returned to us within 30 days. Any return that arrives past 30 days after the purchase date will not be returned to the buyer unless the buyer pays shipping and handling. No refunds are available beyond 30 days after purchase.

Please email sales@purehomelifestyle.com to initiate a return request. Please type RETURN in the subject field of the email. Include the following information:

  • Sales Receipt or Payment Confirmation Number
  • Name of Product Being Returned
  • Reason for Return
  • Indicate if the request is for an Exchange or a Refund.

We allow returns if the product is unopened and in the original packaging.  This includes items purchased by accident, unwanted items, or items purchased for others that were not wanted (gift returns).

We do NOT provide refunds on damaged products.

Refunds are processed as soon as possible after a product is returned and satisfies our return policy. Usually, we request the refund to be processed within 24 hours of inspecting and approving the item to be refunded.

Depending on the card company used to pay for the item(s), refunds can take an additional 3-14 days after we submit the refund to your card company. If we have issued a refund and you have not seen the credit to your account please contact your card company and inquire where your refund is.

We will do our best to ensure any refund you request is handled promptly on our end.

We do NOT provide refunds on damaged products.

As soon as possible, please contact sales@purehomelifestyle.com to cancel an order. If the order has not been processed we may be able to stop the item before it leaves our facility. If we are able to stop an order before it ships, we will issue a refund at that time. If an order leaves our facility we require that the order be returned to us before we can begin the refund process. We understand that this may be frustrating for some and we apologize for the inconvenience.
